Parmesan and Spinach Stuffing Balls

10 ounce; package frozen chopped spinach

1 cup; Mrs. Cubbison's Traditional Seasoned Stuffing

1 medium onion, chopped

3 eggs, beaten

1/3 cup; grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup; melted butter or margarine


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook the spinach according to package instructions. Drain well and allow to cool.
  3. Combine the cooled spinach with all of the remaining ingredients in a large bowl, mixing well.
  4. Roll the stuffing mixture into walnut- sized balls, and arrange on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
