Ground Turkey Guava Stuffing

Ingredients

1 box (12 oz.) of Mrs. Cubbison's Traditional Seasoned Stuffing

1 lb; ground turkey

1/2 tablespoon; of black pepper

1/2 cup; onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup; red bell pepper, finely chopped

1/2 cup; green bell pepper, finely chopped

6 medium guavas; finely chopped (take out the seeds)

1 large mango; finely chopped

2 1/2 tablespoon; chicken flavor bouillon

Salt to taste

2 cups; Guava pure

2 tablespoon; Garlic, finely chopped

2 tablespoon; Olive oil


Guava Purée:

3 medium Guavas

1 cup; of water or Guava juice

2 tablespoons; honey

Directions

  1. Heat a large frying pan, add Oil and heat, add garlic cook it for 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. Add the black pepper to ground turkey. Add the meat to the garlic and fry it until it browns. Add the onions, green peppers, and red peppers. Sauté for 1-2 minutes, then add the guava puree. Add the chicken bouillon; stir until the liquid evaporates 50%.
  3. Remove from heat; add the dressing, mango and guava. Mix well and add salt to taste if needed.
  4. For guava purée, blend ingredients together and drain with cheese cloth.
