Mrs. Cubbison's Chicken Roulade

1 Pound; Chicken Breast

1/2 box (6 oz.) of Mrs. Cubbison's Traditional Seasoned Stuffing

3/4 cup; Green Apple (diced)

2/3 cup; Diced Zucchini

1/2 cup; Diced Ham

1/4 tsp; Thyme

1 pinch; Sage

1/2 tsp; Rosemary

1/4 tsp; Salt

1/4 tsp; Pepper

1 pinch; Poultry seasoning

1/2 cup; Cheddar Cheese grated

3/4 cup; Chicken Stock


  1. Slice Chicken breast fillet style.
  2. Mix all spices together.
  3. Mix all but cheese in loaf pan.
  4. Lay breast on dressing, cover and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove lid and add cheese.
  6. Melt cheese and serve.
