Spinach and Mushroom Salad

1 bag; Baby Spinach

4 ounces; Mushrooms, washed and sliced

1 each; Avocado, peeled and sliced

2 each; Green Onions, sliced

1/2 cup; Feta or Blue Cheese crumbled

1/2 cup; Vinegar and Oil Dressing

1/2 cup; Mrs. Cubbison's Fat Free Seasoned Croutons


  • Wash spinach leaves thoroughly, dry, discard tough stems; place spinach into large salad bowl; add mushrooms, avocado, green onions and cheese.
  • Just before serving toss with dressing; add croutons.
