French Country Salad

4 cups; Green Beans, cooked, julienne

2 each; Garlic Cloves, minced

1/2 cup; Red Onion, chopped

1 head; Butter Leaf Lettuce (or red leaf) washed, torn in pieces

1/2 cup; Roma Tomatoes, diced

1 cup; French Salad Dressing

1/3 cup; Black Olives, sliced

1 cup; Mrs. Cubbison's Classic Seasoned Croutons


  • In a chilled mixing bowl, place beans, garlic, onion, lettuce, tomatoes and dressing. Toss lightly.
  • Sprinkle with olive slices.
  • Top with croutons and serve.
