East Indian Stuffing

Ingredients

1 box (12 oz.); Mrs. Cubbison's Traditional Seasoned Stuffing

1 cup; oil

1 cup; pineapple juice - from canned pineapple in its own juice

1 cup; pineapple chunks

1 cup; coconut

1 cup; raisins

1 cup; almonds

1 tablespoon; curry powder

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Combine ingredients in large bowl and mix well.
  • Pack tightly in a greased 1 1/2 quart jello mold.
  • Bake on middle rack of preheated 350°F oven for 45 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
