Mrs. Cubbison's Chicken Roulade

1 Pound; Chicken Breast

1/2 box (6 oz.) of Mrs. Cubbison's Traditional Seasoned Stuffing

3/4 cup; Green Apple (diced)

2/3 cup; Diced Zucchini

1/2 cup; Diced Ham

1/4 tsp; Thyme

1 pinch; Sage

1/2 tsp; Rosemary

1/4 tsp; Salt

1/4 tsp; Pepper

1 pinch; Poultry seasoning

1/2 cup; Cheddar Cheese grated

3/4 cup; Chicken Stock


  • Slice Chicken breast fillet style.
  • Mix all spices together.
  • Mix all but cheese in loaf pan.
  • Lay breast on dressing, cover and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Remove lid and add cheese.
  • Melt cheese and serve.
